Kobiton for Google Antigravity Kobiton for Google Antigravity connects Antigravity 2.0 Chat to the Kobiton mobile testing platform through a remote MCP server. After configuration, you can manage devices, run tests, and review session results using natural language in Antigravity Chat. You do not need to open the Antigravity IDE to complete this setup. For a full list of available tools and capabilities, see the Kobiton AI plugin and tools reference. For the Gemini CLI integration, see Kobiton for Gemini CLI. Before you begin To connect Antigravity Chat to Kobiton, you need: An active Kobiton account with access to the devices or apps you plan to use Antigravity Chat installed and signed in Outbound HTTPS access to api.kobiton.com and a default browser Antigravity can launch Register the Kobiton MCP server From the Antigravity Chat home screen, select Settings in the lower-left corner. In Settings, select Customizations. Scroll to the Installed MCP Servers section at the bottom of the page. Under Installed MCP Servers, select Open MCP Config. Antigravity opens the global mcp_config.json file. Add the following Kobiton entry and save the file: { "mcpServers": { "kobiton": { "serverUrl": "https://api.kobiton.com/mcp" } } } If other MCP servers already exist in mcp_config.json, merge the kobiton object into the existing mcpServers object. Do not overwrite other entries. Keep the file as valid JSON with no comments or trailing commas. Close Antigravity Chat completely, then reopen it to load the updated configuration. Return to Settings > Customizations. Kobiton now appears under Installed MCP Servers. Select Authenticate next to the Kobiton server. Authenticate with Kobiton Antigravity opens a browser-based OAuth flow. Sign in with your Kobiton credentials or another sign-in method available to your Kobiton account. After authentication succeeds, the browser displays an Antigravity authorization code. Select Copy to Clipboard. Return to Settings > Customizations. Paste the copied code into the field displayed for the Kobiton MCP server, then select Submit. Antigravity connects the server automatically after successful authentication. Treat the authorization code as a secret credential. It grants access to your Kobiton account through Antigravity. Do not paste it into chat, tickets, documentation, or shared screenshots. Verify the connection In Installed MCP Servers, confirm the Kobiton entry is enabled and shows any of the following: a connected status, a tool count, or a Sign out option. Start a new Antigravity Chat conversation and run a read-only validation prompt, for example: What private Android devices do I have access to? Additional prompts to confirm the connection: Show available Android devices. Find an available iPhone running iOS 18 or later. Show my currently running Kobiton sessions. Get the results and artifacts from my most recent failed session. Support status This integration follows Antigravity’s standards-based remote MCP support. UI labels and behavior may change as either product evolves. Troubleshooting Kobiton does not appear after saving mcp_config.json Validate the JSON, then close and reopen Antigravity Chat completely.
