Search and organize host machines

On the Device Management page, search host machines by IP address and expand or collapse them to navigate large device labs.

Open Device Management

Select your profile name or picture, then choose Settings.

Select your profile name and select Settings

Select the Device Management tab.

Search host machines by IP

Enter a host machine IP address in the search bar. The list filters as you type and shows only the host machines whose IP matches. You can search using:

  • A full IP address, for example 192.168.0.5.

  • A partial IP address, for example 192.168, which matches every host machine whose IP contains that text.

  • A partial IP address with a wildcard, for example 192.168.*, where * matches any sequence of characters.

When a host machine’s IP matches, the machine appears with all of its devices. When the search text does not match any host machine IP, the search falls back to matching devices by name, UDID, OS, status, or location.

Expand or collapse host machines

Host machines are expanded by default. To change how the list is displayed:

  • Select the expand or collapse icon on a host machine card to show or hide the devices for that machine.

  • Select View, then select Expand all or Collapse all to expand or collapse every host machine at once.

Your expand and collapse state is saved in the browser and restored the next time you open Device Management, including after a page reload.

The state is stored per browser, not per account. Anyone who signs in on the same browser sees the same expand and collapse state.
